We’re sorry to hear that you haven’t received your item yet. If the seller is not responding to messages you’ve sent on BUMP we recommend contacting them through the email associated with their PayPal account to get an update on your order

Please follow these steps:

1. Log into your account on PayPal's desktop site

2. Select ‘Activity’

3. Select the transaction you’re trying to solve

4. Copy and paste the email address on the transaction

5. Email them to ask for an update

If the seller does not reply within 24 hours and you have not received the item within 7 days, then please contact BUMP Community Support and we will advise you of the next steps to take.
