1.  Via email

You must email us from the email address associated with your BUMP account.

Please include your BUMP username and an accurate description of your issue/question so we can help you effectively.

2. Via help.sobump.com 

Please select this button in the bottom right hand corner to open a conversation with BUMP Support.

3. Via the BUMP app

From your BUMP profile page, select the cog icon in the top left hand corner, open 'Support' and follow our help centre to open a conversation.

*BUMP Support will only communicate with the owner of an account.

*Conversations regarding refunds or claims may take longer to receive a response.
