BUMP Support is available Monday to Friday and normally responds within a few hours. When contacting us please include your BUMP username and a description of your issue/question so we can help you effectively.

3. BUMP app
On your BUMP profile page, select the ⚙️ icon in the top left hand corner, click 'Support' and follow our help centre to open a conversation.
BUMP Support will only communicate with the owner of an account.
Conversations regarding refunds or claims may take longer to receive a response.
