On your BUMP profile page, select the ⚙️ icon in the top left hand corner, click 'Support' and follow our help centre to open a conversation.

Where can you locate your previous conversations with BUMP Support?

  1. Open your BUMP profile page via our mobile app
  2. Select the ⚙️ icon in the top left corner
  3. Select 'Support Conversations'

If 'Support Conversations' does not display:

  1. On our mobile app select 'Support' via the ⚙️ icon on your BUMP profile page
  2. Select 'Chat Now' via one of the topics
  3. Your previous conversations will display
