On your BUMP profile page, select the ⚙️ icon in the top left hand corner, click 'Support' and follow our help centre to open a conversation.
Where can you locate your previous conversations with BUMP Support?
- Open your BUMP profile page via our mobile app
- Select the ⚙️ icon in the top left corner
- Select 'Support Conversations'
If 'Support Conversations' does not display:
- On our mobile app select 'Support' via the ⚙️ icon on your BUMP profile page
- Select 'Chat Now' via one of the topics
- Your previous conversations will display
